Birth and Death Certificate
Information
Birth and Death Certificates may be obtained through our walk-in
service, by mail or through www.vitalchek.com. The cost for a birth certificate
is: $10 each, full size or wallet. The cost for a death certificate
is currently $13. As of July 1, 2007, the cost will be $15. For an additional $2, we will provide a protective pouch for either size of
certificate.

Walk-In Service
We are open 47 hours a week; 8
a.m. -- 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. -- 7 p.m. Wednesdays.
Extended hours on Wednesdays allows the public better access
to our services, including individual assistance to persons doing
genealogy research.
