Office Walk-In Service
Our office is open 47 hours a week; 8
a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Wednesdays.
Extended hours on Wednesdays allow the public better access
to our services, including individual assistance to persons doing
genealogy research. You MUST have valid identification to obtain Birth Certificate and payment is by cash, check, or money order (debit or credit cards are not accepted for in person purchases).
Mail Service
The Mail Order request forms
is for mail service orders only. The Birth or Death Certificate Request Form is not needed to obtain birth or death certificate in person at the walk-in office. The mail request form has been published using Adobe Acrobat
